Our email notifications are working!
All emails sent are accurate and the system is fully functioning. Login information was mailed out a few weeks ago so please let us know if you did not receive a login and password.
Email notifications will be sent out when a student's account balance reaches $5.00. This is set specifically so students do not go in the negative before parents have a chance to send in a payment. It should allow for a 2-day cushion for busy parents. If the notice is ignored the email will resend every 3 days until a deposit is made.
- If your child receives free lunch the notifications will not be sent until the account is in the negative.
- If your child receives reduced lunch the notifications will be sent at the $5.00 threshold still.

Once you login for the first time and verify your contact info you may transfer funds between children, set up daily spending limits and also change your notification specifications to your needs. You are also able to see what days your child ate.
In the future, this portal will also be used to accept online payments. This will be available by the beginning of the 2016-2017 school year. All applications next year will be processed online(print ones will be available). The process only takes a few moments with around 5 clicks of the mouse. It will be so much easier,faster and convenient!
