| The aim of
health education stresses the importance of good health in our
lives. The world health organization used this definition for
health: "a state of complete physical, mental, and social
well-being, not merely the absence of disease or infirmity." The foundation for health is basically a personal matter, since each individual plans for future happiness and success, based on the assumption that they will enjoy good health. Presently, the maintenance of good health by the individual is dependent on the community health practices, as well as world-wide health matters. too many young people take good health for granted. We attempt to provide leaning experiences that will favorably influence understanding, attitude and conduct in regard to good health for all. |
