Application Procedure
Information received is secure and kept confidential. By submitting any application, I certify that all statements given on the application and all other information provided are true and accurate, and I understand that falsification, omission (submission indicates signature), or misrepresentation on the application may void my application. All online applications are sent to Mrs. Laydon. After you have signed up for an application with Mrs. Laydon and received access, click on the application at right. You will use your IM schools login and password to access the file. If you do not know it, or have not logged in at school yet this year, you will need to take care of that first. After you have successfully logged into your scholarship, fill out all the applicable fields. If a field is required, you will not be able to submit the form without entering the necessary information. You will be prompted for a verification code after you submit. Enter the code and you have completed the application process for the scholarship application. That is it! |
